Hi not having very good day today, have hurt my back so not been able to do any exercise, also been picking at the wrong things which hasn't helped either. Got four days till weigh in so hopefully be able to correct it all by having a few less points each day.
would like to lose my 5% by my birthday so gives me a goal to work towards.
